In just a few weeks, San Francisco will be flooded with customer success professionals as Gainsight’s Pulse conference kicks off May 12. This year will be even grander and doubled in attendance from last year’s 900-person event, in true SF fashion! Pier 48 will be converted into a Customer Success Village and accompanied by gourmet food trucks in what we can only imagine will add up to an event rivaling Dreamforce. Plus, I will be speaking on May 13th, so you have that to look forward to as well.
But the expansion also fills out the week with additional opportunities to learn, network, and apply insights before and after the official conference. Those who wish to become accredited can go through Customer Success University on Monday, May 11, and CS teams who would like hands-on applications and templates for enhancing voice of customer feedback can do so in our workshop on Thursday, May 14.
