Customer Success Week 2015 is Almost Here

In just a few weeks, San Francisco will be flooded with customer success professionals as Gainsight’s Pulse conference kicks off May 12. This year will be even grander and doubled in attendance from last year’s 900-person event, in true SF fashion! Pier 48 will be converted into a Customer Success Village and accompanied by gourmet food trucks in what we can only imagine will add up to an event rivaling Dreamforce. Plus, I will be speaking on May 13th, so you have that to look forward to as well.
But the expansion also fills out the week with additional opportunities to learn, network, and apply insights before and after the official conference. Those who wish to become accredited can go through Customer Success University on Monday, May 11, and CS teams who would like hands-on applications and templates for enhancing voice of customer feedback can do so in our workshop on Thursday, May 14. Traveling with colleagues? Bring them too! We’re offering group discounts and referral rewards (*see below) if you are looking to really move the needle or know someone who needs to as well.
As I mentioned earlier, I’m honored to be speaking at such a well-attended and respected CS event. I will be hosting a voice of customer session entitled “Building Effective Surveys with Unbelievable Results” with peers from Ooyala and Adobe on Wednesday, May 13. Come see us as we deliver best practices in increasing response rates and making feedback actionable, empowering customers to drive product innovation and creating a holistic program around success.
If you’re looking for something to scratch the CS/VoC itch now, get a glimpse of some topics we’ll cover in this recording of our February webinar with Gainsight, “Ensure Customer Success with a VoC Program.
*Refer someone to our workshop and receive a $50 gift card from Amazon! They just need to credit your name when they register.
Let us know if you plan on attending any of these events, hope to see you there!
